About Us
Apartment Finders, established in 1981, is Arizona’s oldest, free apartment locating service. Apartment Finders is an Arizona-based organization that provides free assistance to renters in need of finding a new apartment to call home. The way our service is free to renters is because apartment owners pay Apartment Finders a fee to help fill their vacant apartment units.
As stated above, Apartment Finders is local to Arizona with five offices throughout the Valley. Since the inception of Apartment Finders this organization has been giving back to the local community through donations to local charities, teaming with social programs in Arizona such as Section 8 housing, Magellan Health Services, Arizona homeless shelters, etc., as well as providing personal time with individuals trying to get back on their feet.
Apartment Finders relies heavily on referrals from previous customers as well as referrals from individual apartment complexes. Because of this, our team of agents are constantly pursuing referrals and assisting those renters that need our help. Apartment Finders is fully aware of Arizona’s statutes that clearly explain that NO REFERRAL FEE can be paid to an individual that does not have an Arizona Real Estate License. Paying for referrals has never been part of our business but giving back to the community has always been a NUMBER 1 PRIORITY. Apartment Finders has started Apartment Finders Family to do just that. All referrals passed along through this Website or referrals referred directly to one of our offices will prompt Apartment Finders to make a donation in the referring party’s name.

Our Mission
Apartment Finders Family will be adopting different Arizona families throughout the year to support and help get back on their feet. For every referral that is sent to Apartment Finders a donation will be made to that particular family.
